You call Tanya. "It's Joe. I found something."
One of your old colleagues in managing a building near yours. Tanya thanks you for the information and promises to check it out.
About 10 days after that, Tanya is back at your door, with an older woman who looks almost like her clone.
"The tip panned out," Tanya grins. "You're unattached. This is my mother, Svetlana. I thought you two might... want to get to know each other."
You both thank Tanya, and you decide to take Svetlana to dinner.

- There's a reliable and inexpensive Korean place a couple blocks away. Take her there
