Search ancient tombs for the Demonslayer Blade

You are skeptical that such a powerful weapon could be lying in a museum without being identified. So you say, "I think the blade is somewhere in the underground tombs. I have some...experience with exploring them. I think I'll go look there."

"Let me come with you," says Monica. "I know what the sword looks like, and I get tired of sitting in my office and giving lectures in classrooms all day. I want some adventure."

You look at her, a little surprised. "Are you sure, Monica? It's going to be very dangerous."

She smiles and flexes a surprisingly large bicep for a slender woman like herself. "I know how to handle myself."

"I'd be glad to have you with me," you say. "To be honest, I don't quite like the idea of exploring the underground alone, especially since now we know there's a super-powered demon on the loose."

You and Monica make plans to meet the next morning to start your expedition. After a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you meet Monica outside her office. Her Jeep is ready and waiting.

"Do you have any weapons with you?" you ask as you make sure your pistol is loaded and ready.

Monica nods, taking out a powerful-looking crossbow and a quiver of steel bolts. "These bolts have explosives attached to them," she says. "They should be able to blow skeletons and other undead to bits." You nod and look enviously at her weapon.

"But if the legends about the demon are true, I don't think even this could stop it," she continues. "Hopefully, we'll find the Demonslayer Blade in those tombs."

The two of you climb into the Jeep and Monica starts the engine. "Where do you think we should start?" she asks. "I know you found a secret tunnel. But I know of a few other entrances."
