You approach the elder Rebel officer. "What do we have, General?"
"All patrols have reported in, except for Commander Skywalker. Captain Solo has gone out on a tauntaun to find him, despite my better judgement."
You can't believe Han could be so reckless. "That fool! He'll get himself killed out there!"
"Let's hope that's not the case, Princess. Solo is a good fighter. I'd hate to lose him."
"Are the speeders ready?" you ask.
"Not yet. We're still having trouble adapting them to the cold. There's no chance they could withstand the night-time temperatures; we'll have to wait until morning."
You hang your head in sadness. Your friends could have frozen to death by morning. You can't bear to think about it, and decide you need to take your mind off your friends' predicament.
