Taking to your heels, you sprint for the front entrance. The bouncer's bulk serves to his disadvantage--although he could most likely outrun you over a longer distance or rougher terrain, the short gap between you and the door lets you escape quickly. As you pass through it, you hear him shout, "Yeah, fucker, you'd better run! And don't come back, punk!"
You don't stop running there. Panting and wheezing, you stop about two blocks away from the bar. Now, of course, you've worn out your welcome at Nuclear War...but there are plenty of other places in town you can hit today.
