You let go of the lightsaber with your mind.
Luke, in his dumbfounded stupor, is unaware of his mind still channeling for the lightsaber. His blade shoots out of his father and flies directly at him. The sword twists and cuts into Luke's left hand before slicing into his right hand. Luke's hands fall to the floor as the boy wails in pain, his lightsaber deactivating and falling into your grasp. You smile at your conquest. You've won. There is no way for the Jedi to ruin this for you now.
"I'll hold on to this since you seem a bit.. preoccupied, at the moment."
You smile as you watch a horrified Luke reach to his hands with his remaining stumps.
