He told you to stay close, but he walks at a very fast pace, as if not wanting to stay in a place like this. The city is especially crowded today. You are pushing people aside, young or old, men or women, and you can’t help but think it is going to be different when you meet stronger than you. Cassian is going faster and you try to keep the pace. You wonder why he is such tensed, the crowd is supposed to be an advantage, you should walk alongside everybody, try to look as usual as possible. You do not have “we are rebels!” Written on your jackets, yet Cassian acts as if it was the case.
Suddenly, you feel a hand gropping your ass. You yelp in shock and turn around, but the pervert is already hiding in the crowd. It’s not the fact that he groped your ass that startled you, hell, you’ve been in imperial prisons, this kind of stuff happened daily, but you were deep in your thoughts and he definitely pulled you out of it. Or maybe he was a she, you have met in your prison life a lot of women who acted like men in this regard, while the others female inmates usually were jealous of your butt.
You suddenly realize that Cassian must be anywhere by now, but fortunately you spot him a dozen meters ahead of you. Then, an imperial patrol cuts the crowd in two, definitely separating you from Cassian. You nevertheless make your way to the patrol where Cassian is waiting for you, being pushed by the scared bystanders. He tries to cut in the middle of the patrol, but two stormtroopers shove him down like a rag doll and continue their path.
“Jyn! See that fountain to the right?“ He yells. When you nod the affirmative, he says: “We will meet right there!“ and goes on his own, disappearing into the crowd.
You are about to do so when you hear another man speaking to you: “Do you know what are the real uses of a Kyber Crystal?”
You turn around and see a blind men who is somewhat staring at you, precisely your neck, where you keep your necklace.
