Arriving in the next city, you can see that the name of this city is: Viridian City. Rumor has it that the Gym Leader in this city is missing, and in the past didn't go friendly on his opponents. According to the rumor, the Gym Leader kills their opponent and buries him or her in the graveyard in Lavender Town. You doubt this is true though.
Looking at the city, it doesn't really feel appealing to you. It seems pretty boring, and you don't really see pretty faces walking past by. This city is trash, you say to yourself.
