Piggy's Day/Try and find a source of air

A source of air 20 feet below the surface of the ocean? Okay, sure... Well, you see an underwater building. You try sinking in there. Running out of air fast, you see to your relief, that there indeed is oxygen inside a small portion of it.
Piggy: "PWHAAAAW!"
You release the carbon dioxide from your lugns, and gasp for air. The air here smells ancient as hell.
Piggy: "Eww... what a dinghy place this is. If I saw a place like this anywhere outside of a situation like this, I'd say I wouldn't go in even if my life depended on it."
You progress further up. The strange shape of the building has left plentiful airpockets. You enter a large hall with a pedestal in the middle that has a spinning shape seemingly made entirely out of regular septagons.
Piggy: "Now how long has that thing been spinning? The energy efficiency of this place must be awful."
You wenture down a rectangular-shaped hallway that twists around itself.
Piggy: "Geez, this must've be the same guy who built the roads in suburban Los Angeles."
