“So, I need to talk to you.” You start.
Kelly gives you a quick glance, trying to read what's on your mind before she takes out her ear buds and sits up. “Okay, shoot away, Mr. Serious.” Kelly jests.
“I, uh,” You struggle to find the words. “What I'm about to say is kind of weird and that I know that you might say no, because it's... um, it might be my only chance, that I think that, um...”
With Kelly's innocent attention on you, you can't bring yourself to say it. You fumble around with your words for another minute before Kelly interrupts.
“Say no more,” Kelly holds up a hand. “I think you look great.”
You raise an eyebrow at her. “What?”
Kelly tilts her head to the side as she asks, “Weren't you asking me if girls find you attractive?”
“Huh?” Did it sound like that? “Yeah... boy, you can read me like a book.” You feign admittance.
“Yup, it's something us twins got.” She gives you a playful wink.
“It sure is...” You answer her with a fake smile. You chat with her for a while about insignificant things, until you feel that it's time to go.
“So, what's your plans for the day?” You ask.
“I'm gonna head over to a friends house. She wants to see a movie.” Kelly answers.
You nod, noting her plans and wonder if you could join her. It might be fun. You get cold feet and don't ask her right away... maybe later. You say your good-byes and head towards your room. Your mind buzzes with activity and you forget about ever wanting to ask Kelly to have sex with you. You glance at the clock and see that it's 12 noon. You should find something else to do...
