You ask who it was and he responds back saying "The lead surgeon at the hospital, I could tell by his voice. He has some strange belief that the world is overpopulated and that killing in strange ways will cause a chaos among people that will bring a new kind of fearful order to the world. He killed with multiple weapons to confuse people into believing things and lead them down wrong paths. That is why he forced me to kill you to add to the confusion of the whole situation."

You process the information and believe your friend. You all the police and tell them who they should be looking for. You are look at your friend and think it may be awhile before you can fully trust him again.

The police arrest the surgeon and the killings stopped. You are overjoyed that your careful thoughts let to all this madness and confusion ending. You have done something and you are a true hero!
