Look around the gate

You step cautiously out and look around the gate. As you look, you hear footsteps rushing up behind you. On instinct, you swiftly turn around and draw your blade, blocking the sword as it attacks you. You look up to see the man in a black cloak that the guy mentioned... He is wielding a longsword and looks none too friendly.

Having failed in his surprise attack on you, he curses, but then lunges forward with even more power. Your skill helps you to quickly block again, but the man has so much brute strength that your feet slide back several inches on the floor. You have no idea who he is, but his intentions are obviously harmful. He is strong, but lacks fine skills and you are quite sure that you can strike him down.

• Take him on yourself
• Quickly call for backup in the castle and get the man arrested
• Back off and order your men after him while you stay behind
