"I could get used to it, too," Kay whispers. She presses closer to you. "I have to admit, it has been lonely out here."
You turn in her arms, so that you're facing her. "You're not the only one who's felt alone. My family hated me for what I am. It's lovely to be with someone who doesn't mind the real me."
Kay wraps her arms around you and rests your head on her chest. She gives your face soft, slow caresses. "Janet, I'm very happy to have you around. You're very sweet and a good helper."
You give her a smile and contentedly snuggle against her. "You're the one who's sweet."
Kay kisses the top of your head. "I suppose we should start our day." She makes no move to leave the bed. "But, it is lovely to have you in my arms."
