"Understandable," Kay chuckles. "You only just met me, and don't want to rush into physical contact."
You read for a while before Kay darkens the room and you two go to sleep.
The next day, after you wake and eat, Kay orders you to strip, and she does the same. "The only time you'll ever need clothes is if we're going into the city."
You soon find out why. Chopping wood and stacking it is a lot of work. If you were wearing any, your clothes would have been soaked with sweat. Kay heats two buckets of water and the two of you easily get clean, and the warm sun dries you in minutes.
"Want to rest with me?" Kay asks as you head back inside.
