Sexbots
Built as a joint effort between humans, goblins, and elves, sexbots are, as their name implies, robots built for sex. They're as sapient as any other race, and they usually don't take offense to being owned.

Gestation Period: 6 weeks; pregnancies caused by a sexbot take as long as a pregnancy of their species.
Pregnancy Details: Sexbots are largely unaffected by pregnancies, even though the sexbot they carry grows to the equivalent of adulthood. Smaller models may require assistance when giving birth, however.
Special Notes: Highly customizable, Sexbots come in many different shapes and sizes. Their grey skin is to avoid the uncanny valley - it, along with visible joints, aids in them being far more endearing than creepy. They're also just as stretchy as any organic being. They are built with great detail, including fallopian tubes and ovaries. They are completely fertile; sexbots give birth to sexbots, while the results of being impregnated by a sexbot vary somewhat; the child tends to be very much like the mother. In addition, what their urine is can be selected upon creation. Options include water, urine, and beer, among others.
Fairies
Small magical creatures. Comparable to elves, fairies reside in forests, granting small wishes to anyone who manages to find one. They're easy to find, if you know where to look.

Pregnancy Details: Fairies are incapable of flight during their pregnancy.
Special Note: Obviously, they can fly. This is a given with fairies. They are very small and tend to not have sex with the other races, although they do appreciate a good finger-fuck. The extent of their magic depends on their age - older fairies are far less limited than younger ones. One of the most common wishes, of course, is proper sex with one. This is more than possible without magic, and highly pleasurable for the fairy. The main reason why they don't do it outside of wishes is because it prevents flight for a while, in part due to the effects of having much more than your body weight's worth of semen in your body, from an object longer than your body. When granting wishes, they use limited mind-reading to know what you mean, because they're not mean. They can be snarky, though.
Fairies are also extremely vulnerable to alcohol and can get drunk from simply being near strong drinks.
Nekona
Nekona are literally cat girls. They're usually found in more northern regions than where the main story of Kinkfinity takes place.

Pregnancy Details: Being related to cats, they typically birth litters of between three and seven children.
Special Notes: Feline penis design is less like actual cats and more like a humanoid penis, but instead of ending with a glans, it tapers off bluntly. They are still covered in spines, which cause increased sensation for both sexual participants. Outside of genitalia, Nekona have cat ears and cat tails, and as a response to lowering temperatures, grow thick fur on their arms and legs. This doesn't happen in warmer regions, so there they are classical cat-girls. Note that true hermaphrodites with two penises tend to be very dominant and have less self-control.
Angels
Angels. The counterpart to demons. Denizens of the upperworld, like demons, they come in more than one variety. Their theme colors are white and blue, in a partial contrast to demon’s red and purple.

Pregnancy Details: Angels of both kinds become pregnant through lesbian acts with one another. These pregnancies end in the angel laying a large egg through their navel, which hatches into a young angel in about a week. When impregnated by another race, which generally requires a non-consensual encounter, the pregnancy functions normally.
Special Notes: Angels have large, white, feathery wings and halos, and wear long, pale robes. Appropriately, they fly. Angels are usually virgins, and have extremely sensitive vaginas - sex will cause them to cum almost non-stop. Personality-wise, angels vary as much as any other race, but quickly become indignant to sexual advances. Their willpower is suitably high, as they’ll remain indignant even after cumming continuously for a few hours.
Due to their incredibly long lifespans, Angels tend to get rather bored, and take up hobbies other than sitting in the upperworld being pristine. Common hobbies include sports, both conventional and extreme, running sex trafficking rings, acting, and writing.
