Your name is Jacob Sanders. You're quite thin and of average height. Your hair is black and spiked, and your eyes are the darkest brown. Abandoned at birth by your likely noble mother, you were adopted into a shady criminal syndicate, where you were groomed from childhood to become the best thief they could make of you. From petty theft to pickpocketing to burglary, any job that needs a light step or a quick hand, you're by far the best in the city for it. Being a half-elf in a human city certainly helps you go utterly unnoticed, especially by nobles. That said, you've spent your fair share of time behind bars for the few times you were caught honing your skills. Now though, you're pretty well off, and you haven't been caught in quite a long time.
You lie on your bed, light pouring in through the cracks in your curtains. It's already noon, and you've not left your room all day. It might be time to go get something to eat, or maybe you'd rather lie around doing nothing some more. Doesn't really matter either way; you've got nowhere really to be. Heading down to the sewers is also an option, as that's where your fellow thieves and outlaws tend to congregate.
