You flee from the building, leaving a poo trail behind you. By the time you get home, the poopy pill's effects have thankfully worn off. The pill that changed your gender, however, seems to have affected you permanently. Luckily, since there are always strange women coming and going from your apartment, none of your nosy neighbors will think anything of you entering, or even think anything of you seeming to move in permanently.
You clean yourself up and put on new clothes, but find that you could really use a new wardrobe to go with your altered physique.
You also flush all of Nina's drugs. After your pooping experience, you don't want anything to do with that junk ever again.
