Continue walking South
From Create Your Own Story
As you walk along you hear something behind you. Quickly, you snap around to see...nothing. Confused you begin to turn around. It is at this point something hard whacks you in the head and the ground comes to meet your face.
Eventually, you regain your senses, groggy and sore. First, you feel that you've been tied up, and are dangling. Something is carrying you though the woods. You decide to pretend to be unconscious and keep your eyes closed. A voice breaks the silence.
"Why did you keep him?" a female voice says, her tone neutral.
"Well, he's prefect for what the chief wanted." a second, slightly more friendly voice says.
You realize now that these women are carrying you, tied to some pole, with one in front, and one in back.
"How? He's nothing but a boy. I know time is approaching, but M'kala would've just gone to those witches to Summon a creature. Morogarth did well enough last time."
The second, more friendly voice makes a shuddering sound. "Maybe purely functionally, but most men have a gentler way, and anything is gentler than Morogarth."
"Hmm...that much may be true. But you know the Rule."
"Ugh, I hate that stupid Rule. Maybe we'll get lucky. It's been years since the last Eligible man showed up. Maybe...we could test this guy out..."
"No! M'kala must see all men first! You know that!"
"Yes...well, okay, we're almost there."
A few minutes later, more voices reach your ears, and more shuffling around you. You open your eyes slightly to see you're in a village...of all women. You're brought into a tent, where a beautiful woman, wearing little clothing to cover herself, sat alone. You are untied and sat before her on the ground, hands still tied behind your back. You would run, but all the spears you saw on the way in convince you otherwise.
"Who is this?" the women says in a curious tone.
"Chief M'kala, this is a man we found in the woods. Ria believes he could fulfill our...need."
The woman you assumes is Ria speaks up. "Ana is skeptical, but I Sense he is good enough, if--."
"Enough," M'kala interrupts "I will Look at him and Sense him. Then we will decide. I will now...
