Welcome to Codex Van Helsing; a quick list of editing guidelines for the Lady Van Helsing erotic adventure.

1. More than Porn. One of the first things I'd like to promote on Lady Van Helsing is the application of non-erotic choices. Lady Van Helsing is a primarily hardcore erotic fan fiction but my goal is to have the scenes of eroticism flow naturally from the main storylines which are supernatural thriller/adventure pieces. Please, if possible don't begin arcs with hardcore sex scenes, instead build up to them and leave options that can lead forward without going through a non-essential sex scene. This isn't to dissuade eroticism, but rather to focus it.

2. Chronology The series is set in the turn of the century in an undisclosed year as to allow to avoid historical inaccuracy. Please try to respect and learn about the universe before editing it but at the same time don't feel too beholden to specific details about the era; just keep it vaguely Victorian/Aristocratic, and entirely unvaugely supernatural/sexy.

3. Classics or Originals; it's up to you! My original reason for creating this Adventure was to fill what I saw as a missing spot in the list of wiki Adventures; erotic horror involving classic monsters (werewolves, non-Twilight vampires, Frankenfucks). However I would really be interested in seeing what original monsters editors can come up with so feel free to stick with what we know or try something new, Anastasia always needs new things to kill.
