Big Ugly Story/Walk over and talk to Martha

You stride over to the big woman as she pushes her cart towards the cashier. "Hi, Martha," you say. "Need some help?"
She smiles. "Thank you," she replies. "Just let me pay for these, and if you could help me carry them home, I'd like that."
"Sure thing," you respond, smiling at her. Martha smiles back and giggles slightly.
15 minutes later, Martha's purchases are inside her house. "If you're looking for Jeff, he's with his dad at the coal plant," she says. "Tom figured he'd take him for a day so that Jeff would know what it was like there. That way Jeff can make a decision what he wants to do."
"So it's just us for a while?" you say.
Martha smiles at you from her seat on the sofa. "Yep," she says, patting the space next to her. "Why don't you come sit down?"
"Thank you," you reply, settling yourself next to her. Martha wraps a massive arm around you and pulls you against her body, with your face ending up resting against her chest.
"I owe you a reward for helping me with my bags," Martha purrs. Her hand begins sliding up your thigh towards your crotch.
