Attack the three zombies

There's only three of them. And you're angry. Angry at all the death you have witnessed. Angry at yourself for hiding and running for so long. Now is the chance to let it out. You draw your pistol, then change your mind and draw your sword. You don't want to waste ammo if you don't have to.
As the zombies draw near, snarling, you stab the first one right between the eyes and withdraw your blade with a squishing sound. Cutting the second zombie's head off, you snarl back at the last zombie. Leaping high into the air, you bring your sword down with tremendous force, chopping the creature in half vertically from skull to crotch. As the two halves fall to the ground separately, you let out a high-pitched scream.
Your heart rate slowly returns to normal. "You shouldn't let yourself get too emotional, Marina," you scold yourself out loud. "Emotions can get you killed out here."
Looking around, all seems to be quiet. You scan the line of trees again. There seem to be figures moving in the forest, but you can't tell for sure, and you can't tell whether they're zombie or human.
- Investigate the mysterious figures in the woods
- Go back across the meadow and check around the corner of the castle
