You put Ralph's hands together, making a wrecking ball out of them. You swing them both with all of Ralph's might, connecting squarely with Surge's jaw, and sending him staggering to the side.

"That's what I'm talking about!" screams Ralph without your prompting. "Woooo Hoooo!"
"I told you to stop that right now, Mr. Ralph!" says Surge. "I have the power to shut down you're whole game. Don't think that I won't do it!"

"Aww," says Ralph, "but it feels so good!"
"Are we done now Master Taylor? You have one round left in you."

- Punch him in his face one last time (Fight)
- Switch to Logic, he has a weaker Mind than Ralph (Convince)
