Alison tells Tom she wants to start studying right away

"Business before pleasure," Alison intoned.

Tom helped Alison study, and then they watched the movie. Alison was giggling like the schoolgirl she was at the cute parts. Tome cradled her and cuddled her as they watched.

After Tom put the movie away, Alison curled up against him. "So what are your plans for me?"

Tom took out a small box. "This should be your size."

Alison opened the box to find a simple copper band. "What is this?"

Tom placed it on her ring finger. "A promise ring. I'm committed to you. After you finish high school and get your college degree, I'll replace it with an engagement ring."

Alison blinked. "Ummm..."

"I own you now," Tom grinned. "But I want our relationship to be more akin to romantic partners than master/slave. You have too much potential that would be wasted if I made you into a simple sex slave." He produced a contract with a flourish. "This is the contract you signed before the auction, agreeing to be a slave to whoever bought you. That would be me."

Alison studied the contract. Sure enough, her signature was at the bottom. "You literally do own me."

Tom grinned. "So, what do you say? Want to become more than just a sex slave?"

Alison smiled. "Of course."

[6 years later]

"Congratulations on your degree," Tom whispered. "Now I can make you into my wife."

[3 years after graduation]

"I now pronounce you man and wife," the justice of the peace intoned.

Alison smiled. She knew she'd always be safe and secure with her husband.
