"Be gentle with Cyesh's restraints," you request. Such a beautiful creature should not be scathed so easily.
"As you wish." The goblin restrains her wrists behind her, looping the rope loosely around her midriff. It also binds her ankles so that she can reasonably walk but not run. "This kind is a little stronger," it muses as it works. "I doubt she'll break it so easily."
It hands you the leash. Cyesh glares at you, but has not fully recovered from her ordeal. Her breathing is haggard and her body lurches from exhaustion. Bodily fluids coat her inner thighs. She needs rest.
The three of you return to the surface. "Thank you very muchly for taking her off our hands," the goblin says as you step outside with your prize. "Remember, be very careful."
You obviously can't take Cyesh home to your father. You do happen to know of an inn at the nearest city that doesn't mind this sort of thing. Leaving home so abruptly could have consequences, though...
Perhaps you shouldn't think too hard. Looking over your captive's perfect curves, you can imagine taking her here and now.
