The story The many rooms uses a line of code on every page such as {{RoomStat|Location=Parisian restaurant}} to indicate where the character is. Many stories have their own status bar. If you add to such a story, you should include copy the code from the previous page to your new page. If you're going to write your own story, you only need a status bar if you feel like adding one. --Platypus
