Given a choice between water and a cactus... You choose the cactus? By all rights, you should end up impaled on sharp spines. Someone must like you, because when you imapct against the cactus, it bends like a piece of rubber, absorbing your momentum, and the rubbery thorns don't penetrate your skin.
