You grab your Sniper Rifle, which has been untouched so far, and quickly pick off 2 men. A man runs out into the open and throws a grenade towards you, from 90 ft away. The grenade sends a metal shard flying that hits your forearm. Ahhhh!! You yell in pain and fall on your back. You'll survive, but only if you take out those men ASAP and tend to your wounds. You get back up and find that 3 men were killed by the grenade. You pick off the remaining 3 with ease, reload the sniper rifle, and slump down. It hurts.. alot. You are in great pain. You put the gun down and tend to your wounds after looking out the window for any survivors. You need to eat, rest up, and avoid fighting if you want to recover. What do you do?

Grab the pistol and loot the bodies outside.

Lock yourself in and rest for a few days.

Grab your .44, and try to drive somewhere safer.
