Stay in and begin the repairs
From Create Your Own Story
No time like the present. After getting dressed, you walk your way to the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom you spent the night in. Everything looks to be in pretty good shape so far... You step into the bathroom and start evaluating it in your mind. The sink and toilet all seem to be fine... You turn the water on and do a test flush and it all works perfectly. No leaking water anywhere. There is a shower stall next to a full tub. A few of the tiles in the shower seem to be loose, but the biggest issue in the bathroom is the massive hole above the bathtub. You can tell that the opening leads all the way up into the room above the bathroom, but you can't see anything specific in the darkness up there.
You turn to the shower and examine it closely. Its detachable shower head is lying on the bottom of the shower. You see a button on the handle and smirk to yourself. You have heard of these special retracting shower heads. You press the button and the shower head zips back up to the handle on the wall. It's such a useless novelty feature, and one that you really don't see very much anymore. Underneath the shower head there is a butterflying shelf with two large hooks pointed forward. Another weird bathroom accessory that no one would really want nowadays... Well, it would be a good idea to test the water in the shower or bathtub. You could do with a good wash before starting the work today anyway.
