Remain hidden from the demon and his sacrificial victim

You know that human weapons cannot harm the demon, and if he sees you, he'll just kill you too. You shake your head at Monica and she lowers her weapon.

A red light envelops Dr. Calderon as the demon takes his soul. His screams are horrific. When the process is finished, a charred corpse is all that is left of the museum curator.

"Excellent work, Patricia," says the demon. "I can feel my power growing already. Now go and bring me more fresh meat."

"Yes, Master," she replies.

You and Monica, quivering with fear and horror, begin quietly making your way out of the cavern. When you round a curve, however, you see the ancient Inca demon right in front of you! Patricia stands behind him.

"How did you..." you begin.

Patricia laughs. "Shortcut."

"Patricia, I've known you for years. How could you do something like this?" cries Monica.

The muscular secretary shrugs. "Like I said, I want to be on the winning side."

"Yes," cackles the demon. "And you two, Katarina and Monica, are on the losing side." With that, the red glow shoots out from both of the demon's hands, taking your souls.
