Piggy's Day/You feel the pinch

Piggy: "Ow. Finally, I'm awake!"
You turn to your nightstand and read the time on your digital alarm clock with squinty eyes. The time is 5:35 in the morning.
Piggy: "Oh, I still have hours left to sleep. Better go back to sleep."
You sleep rest of the night with noticeably less Grokes. At 10 am you wake up, go downstairs and decide to make breakfast. You turn the radio on and start heating water for coffee, take bacon and bread toppings out of the fridge, and place some bread into the toaster. While sipping your coffee and waiting for the mail to arrive, you hear something from the radio:
Radio: "Good Moooooorning, listeners! We have a special chance to become a contestant on the gameshow 'Who Wants a Helluva Lot Money?'. All YOU have to do is call to our studio and be the 8th person to do so!"
