Piggy's Day/The operation is cut short

You wake up from the anesthesia. You feel strange. This sensation is heightened by the fact that your doctor and his assistant are standing in the roof.
Piggy: "Uhh... what did you do to me?"
The corrective operation is scheduled for next week, but your condition detoriorates quickly. You become unable to differentiate up from down, or minutes from hours. One day your neighbour finds you laying sideways on the sidewalk, threading air. After being confronted about it, you say that the sidewalk turned on its side. A friend of a friend, Professor Theodor Rigby, takes cares of you for the time before the new operation. The day before you start feeling slicing pain in your head.
Piggy: "UUuuhhuuhuhuh....."
Theodor: "What's wrong?"
You shake uncontrollably, holding your head. Then, a huge, black spike thrusts out of your skull. Your preception is back to normal.
Piggy: "What happened!?"
Theodor: "I could ask the same thing. That looks very serious, I better take a look."
Theodor takes out his magnifying glass, and inspects the black abnormality on your skull.
Theodor: "Yes, I believe this is a brain tumour. Do you feel any strange side effects, Piggy?"
Piggy: "I don't know, but I need to take a rest. I've been awake for 47286 seconds."
Theodor: "....."
After further experimentation, Theodor finds out that you have lost considerable amounts of brain power, but have Savant-syndrome. The operation needs to be rescheduled again, as your problem has manifested in a different form. Swine gains temporary custody of you.
Swine: "What would you like me to get you?"
