Piggy: "Hah. You call yourself an eldritch abomination? Even I'm more angry than that if someone wakes ME from my eternal slumber in MY domain."

The brain cloud appears to actually understand you.

Piggy: "Now tell me how to get of this rotten temple!"

The brain cloud changes its body position in a strage way, and a hole appears on the roof. The hole reaches all the way back to the surface of the ocean. You are then lifted back to the surface, after which the hole closes, and you are left floating in the ocean.

Piggy: "Well, that was something. I still don't have any food, though."

You then starve to death.
