You set off for the parking lot hoping to find a space, after arriving and driving around the parking lot you finally find a space on the second underground level. You then pick up your bag and heft it over your shoulder before heading for the elevator up, when you reach them you find that they are out of order so head for the stairwell upon opening the door. You can hear the noise straight away, it's a low moaning noise and seems to be coming from the next floor down. Perplexed by the noise and thinking someone may be in trouble you take a peek over the balcony but are unable to see anyone.
