Go to the Officers' Club for a relaxing drink

You head into the Officers' Club and sit down at the bar counter. You expect to see your second in command nearby, but instead, you notice an officer you don't recognize.
"Where's Colonel Schuler?" you demand.
"Retired," is the officer's response. "I'm Colonel Darwin, his replacement.
"I haven't seen you before, Colonel," you tell him.
"I used to work at some high security base, but I came to truly despise what the job required," Darwin explains. "So when I got an opportunity to be reassigned, I took it."
"What was the purpose of the facility?" you ask.
"I'm not classfied to tell you what we did," Darwin replies. "However, as you have a higher clearance level than me, you're free to visit the site."
He hands you a small card, with an address on it.
