Go for a workout

From Create Your Own Story

You decide to start with a workout.

Following the receptionist’s directions, you head down the hallway toward the locker rooms. The corridor is quiet, the soft lighting and clean scent of the place making everything feel calm and almost spa-like rather than like a typical busy gym.

You push open the locker room door and step inside.

The room is spacious and just as polished as the reception area. Rows of sleek wooden lockers line the walls, with long benches running down the middle. It isn’t very busy—just a couple of men changing quietly by the lockers. From the far end of the room you can hear the steady sound of water running from the shower area.

You walk over to an empty locker and place your gym bag inside. After grabbing what you need, you close the door and turn the small lock, taking the key with you.

For a moment you glance around again. Everything still feels a bit fancier than you’re used to—cleaner, quieter, almost like a private club.

Once you’re ready, you leave the locker room and follow the signs pointing toward the Main Gym.

A set of double doors opens into the workout area.

You step inside and pause, scanning the room.

The gym is large and filled with high-end equipment arranged in neat rows. Huge windows line one wall, looking out over the surrounding forest so that even while inside you still feel connected to the woodland outside. The quiet hum of machines and the soft clink of weights fill the space.

A few people are scattered around the room working out, but it’s far from crowded.

You adjust your grip on the locker key and consider where to start.
