Girl Scout Camp/Walk to the table and confront them

You’re not sure what you have in mind, but you decide to walk straight out to the picnic table and catch the couple in the midst of their illicit act. They are focused enough on each other that they don’t notice you until you ask, “What’s going on here?”
You recognize the boy as Jim, the college student who was helping prepare lunch. You’ve seen the girl around the camp, but don’t recognize her name.
Her hands go to her shirt to cover herself as she stammers out, “Nothing…”
“Really,” you say disbelievingly. “What’s your name?”
“Um…” she says. You give her a look that tells her to not even think about making up a fake name. Your gaze freezes her thoughts and she slowly mumbles out, “Emily.”
“Emily. Now, what am I going to do about you?” you say to yourself.
“Please don’t tell anyone,” Emily pleads to you.
