You reluctantly get up. You know you're going to be punished, but at least you can say you've gotten a good look at her hot box.
Ms. Pierce gets up and makes you sit in the chair next to her desk. Then she takes your feet, one at a time, and shoves them into her shoes. She buckles the straps tightly around your ankles so your squished feet throb inside them. Then she takes a pair of tiny padlocks out of her desk and locks each strap so you can't undo the buckles and remove the shoes.
"There now," Ms. Pierce says. "If you're a good boy from now on, one day I'll unlock those."
You end up wearing those shoes for a long, long time...
