Find a doctor to remove the soap

You figure that getting professional assistance might be a good idea. You pull your clothes on and hurriedly slip out of the womens locker room. It's a good thing the gym keeps a doctor on staff. You glance around the main floor of the gym until you spot the door with the Red Cross on it, then hurry over to it.
You don't see a doctor inside the medical office, but there is a lovely brunette in tight workout clothes sitting in the room, obviously waiting for attention. She's got one leg out-stretched in front of herself and she's furiously massaging it with both hands.
"Ow, ow, ow," she mutters. "Oh. Ew. You're foaming at the mouth. I don't know if they can treat rabies here. All I've got is the worst muscle cramp ever. Ow!"
