You have to leave the city before dawn as you can expect the enforcement of a tight quarantine during the next day.

You check your watch.

Sun will rise exactly in 3 hours and 27 minutes.

This leaves you with two viable options.

1- Grab a car and drive as far away from the city expecting to find a safe shelter when the sun's deadly rays lighten up this part of the planet. This option is bold and dangerous but it has the advantage of taking you as far away from ground zero as possible.

2- Go to your downtown safehouse and hide there hoping to pass undetected when the city is taken back from the vamps and at that point flee. It's a long shot but at least you know the place and you have enough supplies to survive for a couple of years.
