Do you:
- Turn back time with your bullshit Harry Potter-esque time screwing watch, and instead of climbing up the topiary giraffe, choose to walk past the topiary giraffe (of course, by going back in time your leg is re-attached)
- Re-attach your leg using your knowledge of advanced medicine then walk north
