You open the box and find it filled with colorful condoms. You whip out your dick and roll a condom over it. It fits snugly and makes it look like you have a toy rocket ship sitting on your crotch.
A sudden burst of flame from the base of the condom startles you. The toy rocket blasts off, taking your dick with it! It shoots off of your crotch, leaving you with nothing but blank skin between your legs. The rocket, with your dick inside it, crashes into the ceiling and sticks there.
