"Has something like that ever happened in the past? With the Orders permission I mean?" You ask. Lars is sweet, he might even be the one that's worth waiting around for, if he doesn't crack first.
"No Princess. At least, not that I had ever heard of. I know many initiates pour through our library and dogma searching for a loophole and way out of their celibate oaths, but find nothing. If such a thing exists, the High Priest would know. What I have seen and heard happen is Knights return to the Crimson Temple, admitting their transgressions and begging forgiveness for them. The Goddess Karyuga has yet to grant that forgiveness, again, so far as I'm aware."
"Well, maybe we should try that. You can go to the Temple and ask for permission. The worst possible outcome is you're still in the same position you were before"
"I appreciate the offer Princess, but a leave of absence from you wouldn't be permitted. You would have to come with, and your clearly quite busy here as the soon to be Queen."
Lars takes a deep breath "What's more, it only solves a portion of the issue. Even if the High Priest should permit me to break my celibacy with you, I still would not have you to myself"
He makes a good point, and you take a second or two to consider the next action
