Elbow the window through and jump out

You throw yourself at the glass with all of your strength, and manage to break the window. You try to jump out of the window and away, but one of the jocks catches you by the foot. You kick your leg free, and manage to get out, with the boys in pursuit. The shattered glass has caused you to start bleeding heavily from the elbow you used to escape as well as one of your legs, and your blouse is now covered in blood. The boys are much faster than you, and will surely catch you. There is nobody around, and the only possible cover you can see is a tree a few yards away. What do you do?
