Kienstrom, aka the Angry Scientist, is a turtle from Rareworld. As can be inferred from his title, Kienstrom is very angry at the world and universe and just about everything. He often does insane experiments on creatures, trying to increase their power, although the experiments are viewed as highly unethical to most people (he just says they're sissies or something). He also does some robotics, having built Flare and Chopper to assist him (sometimes he regrets it). Topmonhit plans to make him the extreme underdog villain.

Top Story Bio
He’s the kind of turtle you'd see in Banjo-Kazooie games. He looks old, and his eyes are spirals. Why? He wears contacts. He originally worked in a laboratory 14 years ago near Jinjo Village, but he was kicked out when his secret experiments were found out. The experiments were increasing the power of mainly Jinjos to that of an extreme amount. His designs were that of a very muscular Jinjo, but they were found out and he was kicked out. That's when he went insane. He created a lab under Bubblegoop Swamp and didn’t come out until he tried to kidnap some Jinjos, but along with Croco and Bien, the Jinjos foiled Kienstrom’s plan. He then left the planet and went to Star World, where he built an Ice Fortress at the North Pole. Little did he realize that Santa’s Workshop was right below him, and when the YB found him ‘cuz they were looking for Santa, they fell through the floor into the workshop below. He was beaten and disappeared again. His current lab is underwater near Gwarhar Lagoon or whatever.
History
Early Years
Not much is known about Kienstrom in his early years, but the 2007 Topmonhit Story Holiday special may give us some clues. He seemed to have been angry from birth, and... stuff. It's assumed that he graduated from some college (although it's just as likely he forged his diploma), and got a job at a professional scientific institute, which he worked at for a little over 10 years. However, during this time, he began to work on insane experiments, mutating creatures to try and make them more powerful.
One of his experiments was on his assistant, a Jinjo named Jinjovitus. The experiment, conducted only a week before Holiday, increased Jinjovitus' power and gave him bizarre muscles... but he then exploded. After Jinjovitus exploded, the institute learned of his experiments and demanded he stop them; he refused, and left, although he considers that them kicking him out.
An Angry Transition
Kienstrom became angrier and angrier as time passed, and eventually he began to plot to do his experiments alone. Thus, he built himself a new lab underneath Bubblegloop Swamp, and began to work on some robots to help him out. His first attempt was a robot Klungo, based on the assistant of the evil witch Gruntilda. It wasn't very good, however. Eventually he made a dragonfly robot and crab robot named Flare and Chopper. They also weren't very good, but were better than the Mecha-Klungo.
Eventually, he began to put his plan into motion and had Flare and Chopper go kidnap some Jinjos. Once they brought back a couple, he imprisoned them as he began to put the final touches on his mutator. When a jinjo named Gonji, a crocodile named Croco and a bee named Bien broke into his lab, he imprisoned them as well and prepared to experiment on Gonji. He was interrupted, however, when the giant Bubblegloop Swamp crocodile revealed to be a giant fighter robot, and Kienstrom's lab was destroyed. He, Flare and Chopper flew off the planet, Kienstrom stating he was sick of it.
Holiday Disaster
Kienstrom found himself on Star World, where he built a new lab on the North Pole. It was more of an ice palace, however. He then managed to kidnap and mutate several creatures of the planet, but when Holiday came around, The Yoshi Bodyguards appeared looking for Santa Claus. Kienstorm had them fight his mutations, but eventually the floor broke through and they all fell to an underground toy shop where Santa Claus really did live. After a time, Kienstrom found his way down there and began to blast the village, but the YB stepped in and put a stop to it.
Once Kienstrom was defeated at the North Pole, he left and made a new lab at Gwarhar Lagoon. Here, he began to plot of things, and when he heard of a Metal Titan that was huge and powerful and powerful and huge, he, Flare and Chopper went to steal it. They failed miserably, however, barely having any affect on the plot.
The next Holiday, Kienstrom decided to try and steal Holiday. During the night, three ghosts visited him, but had no lasting affect, as he still stole Holiday, and even though the residents were not sad, he contemplated simply attacking him; thus, the ghosts sent him blasting away and Holiday was returned.
Keinstorm later appeared in an alternate dimension, hunting down the strange power that was fortold in legend. Every attempt, as usual, was thwarted by stronger factions, though it is still unknown if they will claim the artifact or not.
Personal Information
Personality
Kienstrom's personality is essentially that of anger. He is shown to have no morals and no remorse. He believes that everyone is against him, and hates the world. Essentially, this guy is a big loser and jerk and no one likes him. He is also completely insane, as shown by both his experiments and manner of speaking. He has little respect for Flare and Chopper, his only robots, and essentially the only ones who can even stand him (although he may have some more mutations at this point). His status as an evildoer is far behind the rest, and is the biggest underdog of all--hardly any villains know him anyway, and those who do normally see him as incompetent, which, is likely true.
Abilities
Kienstrom can hide in his shell like most turtles, but his main ability is his insanity. He seems to possess a high intellect, but has no common sense or sanity; his lack of these can be used to do foolish things that may turn out well. He also has high amounts of anger he can use, although for what is unknown.
Final Smash: Super Assistancingness
A random Assist Trophy appears, which suddenly gains a power boost from some of Kienstrom’s chemicals and becomes 5 times as powerful. Results may vary. Examples:
Waluigi will do five times the normal damage and can slam a foe off the ground with his finishing attack at 0 damage. He's also harder to avoid.
The Devil, however, will push the screen so far all combatants will die.
Items
Other than his shell and contact lenses, Kienstrom doesn't have a whole lot of items. In fact, he himself has nothing to attack with, he generally just lets Flare and Chopper battle, or one of his mutations, or some mech.
Speech
Kienstrom's sporadic speech tends to add -ness to the end of his sentences and some words, sometimes up to 3 times. He also adds unnecessary words and sometimes adds -ing to the end of some words. He also speaks loudly and eagerly/impatiently.
Residence
Kienstrom once lived in a lab underneath Bubblegloop Swamp, but then left and made an ice fortress lab at the North Pole of Star World. He was defeated there, and now has a lab in Gwarhar Lagoon. All that's known about it is that it's irregular and hi-tech-looking.

...but if he was backed in a corner by the Metal Army, Kienstrom would likely attempt to turn himself into a robot while combining some of his more dangerous chemicals with it in order to outsmart them or possibly outprioritize them.

- Kienstrom's title and bizarre speech are a reference to the Angry Scientist from Sheep in the Big City.
