Mobius Chaos Episode I: The New Master Plan is the thirteenth story of Topmonhit Story, the second story of the Dark Perforation Arc, and the first of the Mobius Chaos series. It is the first time Team TOT faced Metal Top since The Plot of Evil Dreams.

Story

Part 13-1: Return to the Castle

After another long description, showing a bunch of ships of the Dark Perforation Castle and a large number of creatures, a meeting between The Dark Perforation, Minorbu and Metal Top was shown. The Dark Perforation was yelling at Minorbu for losing the diamond, and Metal Top made a comment about an object known as the Master Emerald, which he said could be just as poweful, if not moreso, than the diamond. The Dark Perforation told Metal Top to go get it and take three ships, and that Orp and Hurtilu would go with him. Once Metal Top left, however, The Dark Perforation told Minorbu he had a task for him; it did not fully trust Metal Top yet, and this was a trial run for Metal Top. Minorbu, though, was going to get a chance to redeem himself.

Meanwhile, Snophia was feeling sorry, for they knew the location of the diamond. Just then, she heard some clanging and suddenly Stawl came out of a vent! Stawl recognized her, and explained he was supposed to have been her guardian star, but never was able to because she disappeared. Stawl explained to Snophia what happened to the Iclan Kingdom in King Top, but Stawl said he had overheard The Dark Perforation and Minorbu talking and that he should go warn Team TOT, so Snophia agreed and Stawl hurried to get onto one of the ships.

Part 13-2: THERE’S TOO MANY CATS IN THIS STORY!

At Top's House, Top was checking up on the diamond from King Top when Oshy's Palladium Fire Flower rang; it was Whirl, who called to tell them the Master Emerald had been stolen by a robot of Top. This obviously meant Metal Top was back, which wasn't fun for any of them. However, Whirl also added that Slike was the one who saw it happened; Slike yelled that he wasn't going to let some robot of Top beat him to the punch, so he was helping for now.

Team TOT went into their garage, only to find a black cat inside, Mel Tice. Mel had no idea how he got there, and ended up randomly going with them, along with the other guest stars. In the Great Panaj, however, Plasshi found a TAC named Yttik trying to steal Sera's jewel. They began to fight when the ship went into hyperspace.

When they arrived at Mobius, everyone came out except for Plasshi and Sera. When they tried to get into the Great Panaj, Plasshi and Yttik came out, fighting; they were able to stop Yttik, but then Whirl and Slike appeared. Slike suggested she may be able to help them, and after an explanation, Yttik agreed to help since there was nothing better to do.

Part 13-3: Down, Kujo!

When the fourteen of them found the ships on the ground, they attacked a creature who was putting fuel into one of the ships, and then snuck onto the ship. Unfortunately, while on the ship, Whirl realized they were on the wrong ship. Soon after, Mel accidently gave away their position and were attacked by a creature with two oversized revolvers. They defeated the creature and hurred into another room, then Topper kicked down a door and they got to the control room. Metal Top appeared, and after some banter, Metal Top released a dog-like creature named Kujo to attack them.

Part 12-4: The Fall of Ship 1

The fourteen characters fought against Kujo, eventually defeating it. Right after that, an alarm went off as a voice stated the fuel tanks were empty. They realized the creature they attacked was fueling up the ship, and Sub managed to teleport them out of the ship into the jungle just in time. Soon after, Glerk and Metal Chaos appeared, having tracked them so they could help. Glerk was unsure of trusting Slike, but they were interrupted when Evelyn appeared, having followed Glerk and Metal Chaos. Whirl reluctantly let her come along, and they headed off.

Trivia

  • Knuckles was supposed to make an appearance in the story, and in fact did in the preview, but Topmonhit forgot about him; there were twenty characters at the time anyway, so it was in overkill anyway.
  • This is the first appearance of Hey You in the canon storyline.
