- "What do you think about love, sir?" Iam shyly asked. Ivan didn't seem to be bothered by the question, but Iam's anxiety was written all over his face.
- "What do I think about love? Hmm... for me, it would be too hard to explain," Ivan said, "so I'll wait until a better time to talk about it." Iam's hopes were a little crushed, but he didn't expect a straight answer in the first place, so he made a mental note to ask another time. Iam and Ivan both looked out the window, watching the rain pour.

Ivan is a Meowth character of PMF's in Yoki that is known for his love for... wanting to catch Des Guise. (HA)
His assistant, Iam Urlov, secretly harbors love for Ivan. So far, however, Ivan has not officially shown that he knows (or perhaps cares) about this secret love. That said, probably 99% of the RPers in Yoki are already suspecting that the relationship will turn out well. Expectations will get you nowhere!
He won Best New Character for 2008 in the Character Awards. What? You need a link? Whatevs.

Personal Information
Appearance
Ivan wears a suit sort of like Luke Atmey, and has his lightning bolt-shaped hair where a Meowth's coin would normally be.
For future reference, Ivan wears the pants that Luke Atmey wears, too. He doesn't have shoes, though. Or that monocle.
Personality
Ivan is very polite and forgiving in public, unless he figures Des Guise has something to do with it. With Iam, he's a lot more casual. He usually asks Iam to take notes, regardless of how useful they'd actually be, and usually asks to see Iam's notes on the matter. Since Iam always scribbles out most of his notes, Ivan has said that Iam needs to work on his handwriting.
Ivan is obsessed with finding Des Guise, a Ninjask master thief that looks like Mask DeMasque (Other guy in the picture above). He fervently believes that if something goes wrong, it is 90% of the time related to the doings of Des Guise. Des Guise is such a master thief that not even his ace detective self can catch him, although he thinks he's almost got him a few times.
Despite the fact that Des Guise is apparently a thief, Ivan will believe that he does a lot of evil things, just to mess with Ivan.
Relationship with Iam
Iam has had at least one close call with Ivan almost finding out his secret love for Ivan. The one time that Paper can remember was when Iam handed over his notes to Ivan. Fortunately for Iam, Ivan apparently didn't see what was written in the scribbled out area.
Whether or not Ivan will have mutual feelings toward Iam is an unanswered question, even to today.
(But think about this: Wouldn't that be pedophilia or something? Seriously.)
Trivia
- Ivan started out as a temporary character, not expected to last longer than a few days, and was supposed to be a blatant ripoff of Luke Atmey
- Des Guise was a main character in the version of Yoki that he and Ivan were introduced in
- In the unfinished Yoki Yoki novel, the Iam/Ivan relationship was going to be either confirmed or denied near the end. [Insert gasping here]
- E=Mc▓'k?'s personality disorder once caused him to believe he was Des Guise, even announcing it to Iam. However, before Ivan saw it, E shifted personalities once more.
