Medulla is a Pachirisu who, somehow, is from Kanto as opposed to Sinnoh. She was once owned by a member of Team Rocket, but after experiments were done on her, her intelligence increased vastly and she escaped. She became bitter and began plotting to take over Pokeworld. Most of her plans never work out for her, however. She claims that her goal is to make the world a better place under her rule, which may or may not be true.

- Medulla is based off The Brain from Pinky & the Brain; the main difference (besides being female) is Medulla doesn't have a goofy sidekick, making her overall situation more serious.
- Medulla holds the distinction of being one of the few minor characters who starred in a story (for that matter, said story is quite a bit larger than most other stories). Not only this, but she starred in the story only a few stories after she was first introduced.
