Dr. Tyrato is the top scientist of King Rexor and his personal assistant usually. While possibly being a bit more competent and coming up with better plans, it's not all that much of an improvement. Dr. Tyrato has a large, strange headgear on that keeps him alive, but also has a bullet bill blaster installed, along with a breaker beam.
