Relvia is a Gardevoir with red instead of green. She has gifted intelligence, but also gifted eccentricism. She's also very friendly, but not one to back down from a fight; she is also heroic. She likes long walks on the beach and--wait, what? She has super-duper psychic powers and stuff. Oddly enough, Swal is often seen hanging around her.

Top Story Bio
Relvia is a Gardevior from Lyrids town in the Cindek region. She mostly teleports wherever she goes. She’s friendly with most friendly friends she meets, but overall she’s pretty eccentric. However, she is also very smart. After the events of Pokemon Realgar, she left Cindek. In early 2007 she evolved from a Kirlia into Gardevior.
History
Cindek Pokemon League
For the first... while of her life, Relvia lived in Cindek. Then, in 2004, as a Kirlia, she decided to take on the Pokemon League Challenge, gaining some allies in the form of Tron, Iris, Lucky, Hydra, Dr. Pikachu, and Danny. Soon after, they met Rose, who Relvia battled and defeated. After getting one badge, they met Swal. After getting their second badge, they learned the High-Speed Train was broken down, and the power source of it was stolen. They chased the culprit, but ran into Rose, now with a Sableye named Deyeal and McNeil. They were defeated, though, and the team also met a Garchomp named Salvadore around this time. Continuing on, they ran into Regirock, which had a mind-control device on it. They destroyed the device, and retrieved the power source.
The team then won their third and fourth badges, battled against Rose and McNeil once more (but this time they also battled Jiggly and I.M. Ugly), then went to win their 5th badge. They then got theier 6th badge, but then were contacted by the Professor of Cindek, Professor Persimmon. They met up with him, and learned some stuff, then there was an explosion up north. The team hurried north, only to run int Regice with a mind-control helmet. They battled, destroying the helmet, and got an artifact for Professor Persimmon.
Back to their gym challenge, they got the 7th badge, but then when they headed to get their 8th, Registeel was attacking the city! Relvia went south with Tron, Lucky and Dr. Pikachu to find the gym leader's partners, and had one last battle against Rose and McNeil, in which their team split apart. They then went back north and found out Regigigas was at the northwest section of the region, at Gamma Lake. The team went there and battled against the villain of the region, who revealed to be a cyborg Hitmontop named Opt. Once he was defeated, Regigigas awoke, and they had to blow up the cave and make it collapse to defeat it. Finally, they got their 8th badge and defeated the E-l3+3t, winning the Cindek Pokemon League.
Leaving Cindek and Evolution
The team of 9 went their separate ways, with some of them leaving the region to go after Opt, who had been seen escaping the region. Relvia was one of those, but was unable to find him and simply began exploring. In early 2007, she evolved into a Gardevoir. Woo.
I think she appeared in Pokeworld Peril 3 or something but I don't remember so whatever.
Eventually, she found herself in the east part of Sinnoh somehow, where she's been for a time.
