But after a while, he created The Cloud, and sold ownership of Mr. Indifferent Face to DrPikachu, who now uses it for the same purpose.	+	I.M. Ugly is a very ugly Froslass. She is so ugly, in fact, that she can probably kill by just lifting up her bag so her face is visible. Because of her ugliness, she's extremely hesitant to get close to anyone. Appearance

I.M. Ugly looks like any other Froslass, except for the brown paper bag with eye holes over her head, of course.

Bio

I.M. Ugly is a very ugly Froslass. She is so ugly, in fact, that she can probably kill by just lifting up her bag so her face is visible. Because of her ugliness, she's extremely hesitant to get close to anyone. She was once made extremely hot, which caused the Bellossom King to marry her. But she's ugly again. Oh well.

Inspiration

According to a lot of people, Chimchar is so ugly it burninates people's faces off. But DrPikachu thought Froslass was uglier than Chimchar, so he put a brown paper bag on a Froslass's head, cut out some eyeholes, and called it daddy. I mean, I.M. Ugly.
