Sneezier used to have a disease called "Illiterate syndrome" which hampers his learning ability which made him a C-average student which frustrated his parents. His father is deternmined to cure the disease since the remedy isn't created yet. Eventually, Sneezier was cured but the damage is already done, his IQ is dropped to 290 which is low by 26th century standards.
